I'm a new DM, and you will basically be my guinea pigs. I need to test out encounter strengths, story consistency, skill check difficulties, etc. for a campaign segment that I have spent about 100 hours designing. The campaign itself already has a party, but I thought I could share it with some more people by allowing 7 other players to experience the first part of it. Expected runtime is 2-3 hours. 4 hours at the absolute latest, as I have another appointment at that time. Although, in general, I love working with new players, in this case, I need semi-experienced players (with at least one game-session completed) so that I can get extensive feedback on how the campaign plays. Different races have a different place in the world:
Encouraged races have played a significant part in the history of the world. They exist in large numbers and in various places.
Unmentioned (Neutral) races exist in the world, but are not significant players.
Discouraged races exist in the world, but are either extremely rare or live in secluded societies. Your player character would be a strange sight to the people of the world. You will also have to explain to me how you came to be in same area as the party.
Forbidden races do not exist in my world.
Classes allowed: All from PHB1, PHB2, and PHB3 . Additionally, Artificer (EPG) and Swordmage (FRPG) are allowed, but discouraged. Classes Discouraged :
