The Dark Eye - Introductory Module: token issues

I tried to run the introductory module tonight for some friends and I could not drag the tokens for the PCs onto the map. The NPC tokens worked fine, but the PC tokens would not. I had no problems in my Esper Genesis game, but did on this one. Needless to say it stopped the game cold. We also found the character sheets unwieldy and skill points were impossible to use. A waste of $24 dollars. I tried following the troubleshooting suggested in other threads, but solved nothing. Help?!

I took a look at the introductory campaign, the tokens themselves are damaged. If you would like I can come repair them. If you would like me to repair them please private message an invite to me.  I cannot address the character sheets, not familiar with the game system.
