Roll20 keeps crashing on me

basically i keep being logged out from the site, i can't do anything, even posting this was a nightmare

To try and explain it better, whenever i try to access any of my games, it either freezes and, when i try to refresh the page, it logs me out, or i can enter the game, but when i try to add a map, it freezes on the upload and, again, when i try to refresh, it logs me out, taking me to a page saying that is checking if the connection is safe

I do not have extensions on my browsers. I've already tried to clear the Cache as well

If you are being logged out all the time, you probably should submit a request on the Help Center (under the community banner at the top of the page).  They will probably want any console logs you can capture when this happens.

Try deleting cookies. There may be a bad setting that cannot be gotten past.

Hello everyone, thank you all for the help! I've seeemed to figure out the problem: I have installed on my computer an Antivirus with an Antitrack software included, installed it a couple of months ago, and i haven't played on roll20 since. It turns out that, since the software keeps deleting things like coockies and tries to keep me hidden, it messes up with roll20. I did not knew it worked like that and i've only figured it by following Kraynic's instructions to go to the help center and it kind of clicked. Hi I and all my players have a similar issue, plus, when it arrives, even forum or Mod page (that i keep open to track my mods error or else) crashes Depending on computer, some player have low tier computer and crash like once per hour or even more, myself having a "good gaming computer" crash a lot less but even still, there is a lot of freezes in games Hope it helps tracking the issue :/

It aslo occurs to me that the VTT is more prone to crashing on chrome, of late, when compared to how it was prior to the recent chrome errors. Possibly a lingering issue? Gargamond said: The VTT keeps crashing too and I’m using Chrome as well.
