Fatal Error

August 31 (2 years ago)

This is the first time that I have encountered this issue, and I don't know how to proceed.

Is this fixable?  If so, how?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I cannot open any of my own games, nor games of other GMs.

Also, I cleared the Cookies following the instructions on the Roll20 Technical page.

Unfortunately, I am not very computer savvy but I can follow instructions is someone point me in that way. :)

OK, sorry guys.  I finally used my brain and found another thread on this issue.  It seems to have fixed the issue and I am now able to log into my games.

Hi Drohem!

Can you post the solution or link to that post/thread in case another user with the same problem comes across this thread?

Judging from the screenshot, this looks like the usual chrome error of late. I recently resolved it by updating to the newer version of chrome without needing to adjust my hardware acceleration anymore.

I assume it was a bug in chrome itself that has been fixed with the recent update...

Other than that @Keith, you know the solution: go to chrome://gpu to check if webgl is enabled. If it is and the error is still present, turn of hardware accelleration etc. ;)
