Hex Tiles Broken still after 7+ years

Can I at the bare minimum get some advice on how to get my hex tokens to lock into the hex tile flush and not either be like 60% the size or 130% the size of the hex in the same manner that a square token fits flush to a squared grid.
7+ years of "looking into" fixing hex tiles are still completely broken giving us all headaches, honestly, it's embarrassing for roll20

My guess is your tokens have a PNG border around them.  To size them to fit you can hold down the alt key while resizing them.  If you'd like I can come take a look and make suggestions on how to properly use hex maps.

Hexes are 80px tall. I made a frame you can use.

Here's an example of them in use:

I can make a vertical hex version as well, but these are pretty close. It is my understanding that hexes are notoriously impossible to map to pixel-based measurement systems. You can get close, but mathematically, you have to make compromises.

I have written a mod/script that resizes hex images when you drop it on the map. It's a script that needs to be tailored to your personal hex assets as it resizes each dropped asset based on the url of the image. <a href="https://app.roll20.net/forum/permalink/9707488/" rel="nofollow">https://app.roll20.net/forum/permalink/9707488/</a> Sorry, this advice is not applicable as it requires pro subscription for mod's
