Nuclear war has ravaged the world, and now, scattered survivors and mutants struggle for the few remaining resources. A few have tried to rebuild settlements and create a sense of community and hope, while others raid and pillage for whatever they can. You have been captured by scavengers and locked in a cage with other prisoners. Your few supplies stripped from you and shoved into a footlocker just out of reach. The raiders didn’t kill you outright, and they haven’t distributed your gear amongst themselves. Why? Are they “recruiting” for their leader? Could they be cannibals, slavers or something else? So far, your attempts to get answers from them have been met with a mixture of silence and beatings. Whoever they are, they keep their distance from you, only coming close to check the lock and to throw chunks of meat charred beyond recognition into your pen.
