Token Nameplates not showing to Players

Hello, When using a map I created NPC and creature token nameplates will not show to players. I want to show only the names not the life bar or anything else. I have tried the method shown in the forums in a few spots by clicking the token -> 3 dots next to general -> "see"/"edit. I've tried every combination of "see" and "edit" with nameplates on or off. The maps that were provided from the roll20 module do not have this problem, only maps I've created but I cannot find a setting on the map settings. Thanks

The nameplates show up for me when I'm in the game as the gm but not when I'm in the game as a player

Hi Cody Frank! Have you verified that they are on the token layer and not the GM or Map layer?

Hi, Yes I have tried it on all layers. As expected the players cannot see the tokens at all on the gm layer, the tokens are visible on the other layers but not the nameplate to the players.

Is Fog of War (FoW) or Dynamic Lighting (DL) on? 

Hmm. Could you post screenshots of what you have tried, or rather, what seems like it should work? There is a current bug for certain show settings of token nameplates, but it is currently erring in showing more than it should, not less. If we can't resolve over the forum, I'd be happy to take a look if you want to PM me an invitation.

Update Fog of War was on and Explorer mode was on I belive the old FoW was overwriting some of the new Explorer settings causing the issue. I got it resolved now thank you everyone for your help!
