Can't hear music in one game but every other game I can

As stated in the title I can hear music just fine in all games but one, even as DM or player. Im currently a player in a campaign and when the DM puts on music I'm the only one that can't hear it regardless of audio levels. Im on chrome, i've cleared all caches, and i've disabled all plugins but nothing helps. There has to be some kind of weird bug, right?

You've checked the Master Volume slider in the settings tab? Also, check your browser's sound permissions for that site. In Chrome, this is located by clicking on the lock icon in the browser bar.

The master volume does nothing for it I'm afraid, and it works perfectly fine in other games as I've said and there is no difference with the permission  between the games as they cover the whole site.

It might be better to have a dev look at this, then. I'd suggest playing some music in a game where it works, and capturing a  Console Log ( Chrome , Firefox ). Then do the same with the non-functional game. Use those logs in a  Help Center Request . Hopefully that will give them the data they need to figure out the .source of the problem
