Custom Classes / Subclasses for Compendium

I'm in a campaign that features some setting-specific feats, weapons, and most importantly, prestige classes.  Obviously, these aren't included in a standard D&D compendium, so applying them won't be easy in game.  Now, I'm not exactly a coder or designer, but I'd like to see if I can create these contents for my GM, so he can apply it to our game, and we can use them straight in the charactermancer. My question, then, is simple to state (and probably hard to answer):  How do I go about making that kind of content in-game?   Is there a starting point I should look at, for beginning this journey?

Hi Emerald Beacon! (love the logo!) The compendium is not user-facing at this time, unfortunately. It is not user-friendly at all on the back end, and requires training to use. This is unlikely to change. There are some Mod scripts that can write to character sheets that might serve to at least cut down the drudgery of copy and paste, but for  most uses, custom content must be entered manually.
That's unfortunate... but I appreciate the information!
