Roll Wandering Monster checks based on die roll

Edited 1664648619
This seems pretty straightforward so I'm hoping someone has already done this - but basically I'd just like to roll a d20 and ONLY if the number comes up between 17-20 then I want to roll against a random monster table and display the result (obviously it would be best if the 17-20 part could be customized so it could be a different range or die cast - for example, rolling a 1 on a 1d6 instead). Do you know if there's something already out there for this? I'm guessing it's too complex for just a macro. Thanks in advance!

[[1d20&gt;17]]&nbsp; [[1d6&lt;2]] if you are using the 5e sheet you can create a random table with 20 options using the charamancer template. like below: /w gm &amp;{template:mancerroll} {{title=1st Random Encounters}} {{c1=[[[[1d20&gt;17]]*[[1d6]]]] }} {{option1=[[1d4]] [zombies](<a href="" rel="nofollow"></a>)}} {{option2=[[1d2]] [swarms of spiders](<a href="" rel="nofollow"></a>)}} {{option3=[[1d4]] [swarms of rats](<a href="" rel="nofollow"></a>)}} {{option4=[[1d2]] [shadows](<a href="" rel="nofollow"></a>)}} {{option5=[[1d2]] [gray oozes](<a href="" rel="nofollow"></a>)}} {{option6=[[2d4]] [stirges](<a href="" rel="nofollow"></a>)}}&nbsp;
Great, thanks!
