GoSM Ship Character Sheets/Stats: Need help adding ship character sheets to journal and editing

I'm running a campaign that uses a vehicle system based on the ships/sailing rules from GoSM, so I purchased to GoSM module to use the character sheets as a launching pad to create the more custom ships for my campaign. I've created a new game using the module, but I can't find any sheets or tokens for the ships in my compendium, just floorplans based on the DMG basic guidelines (non-modular health and DT for example). One of the threads I found seemed to imply that the character sheets/blocks for ships were included in the module (this thread here and this one here also ), but so far I've had no luck. Was I incorrect in thinking that Roll20 had implemented the GoSM ship mechanics? And if so, how should I go about implementing? I was planning on using the transmogrifier, as we already have a game using the Roll20 character sheets, so making a new custom sheet may not be feasible as the players would have to fully re-create their characters within a new sheet and game. I've seen a few threads on suggestions to implement ships as a radial menu button etc, but I haven't taken the plunge into CSS yet. I'm not opposed to doing so, and I have about 2 weeks before the next session, so I'm down to put the work in. My party has armored up a school bus and strapped some guns to it, and with a series of combats ahead of them, we'll need a way to keep track of their up-armored learning machine's status.

The ships in GoSM look like they haven't been updated to the actual ship sheet type. Instead, they are just entered as NPCs. However, the ship type sheets are available in all games, simply set the sheet to an npc, and then scroll down to where the npc checkbox appears on the npcs sheet. Underneath it will be another checkbox to transform this into a ship.
Thanks for the input! That definitely got me on the right track. I think I'll be doing that, but modifying somewhat to add individual tokens for each "subsystem", and have a floorplan with tokens as a "HUD" next to the battlemap when applicable to ship-ship combat. I think this will best preserve the modularity of the ships without cutting corners, as is necessary to used the "baked in" ship-type NPC.
Be aware that the ship(npc) sheet is designed for Spelljammer ships and not for GoSM. They use different mechanics.
Thanks! I ended up just using a NPC sheet, and using single token stand-ins for the different components as a "HUD" on the map. Works out fairly well, since they have an on-board AI, which fills out for the other stats.
