Token Falling Through The Floor?

I have a player in one of my games who is moving their token around, and everything is normal for a few moments...but then they seem to just fall through the floor.  Take the 2 shots for example: In the first shot, you can see that they are moving around and things look good.  But in the second shot, they seem to have fallen outside of everything on the map, and while they can move, no lighting exists and they are unable to interact with anything. Anybody know why this happens, and how to stop it?  I was able to replicate this by creating a temp account and assigning myself to their token.  There is no rhyme or reason why it happens, and the only way I found to correct this was to go back to the game as the GM, move their token to the map layer, then back to the token layer, and then refresh the browser where I'm logged in as my temp account. Again, any ideas why this happens, and how to stop it from happening again?
Nobody has anything on this?

Hi Scarecrow71! Can you give more detailed repro steps? Maybe post screen shots of page and token settings? I can't duplicate this behavior with these details.
Unfortunately, what I've given is all I have.  The player moves their token around, and at random times it just falls through.
