Pick Up 5th Edition Game (Tonight, Running from 10 too 2 or 2:30) Pacific.

ending one hour earlier or starting one hour earlier? I would totally be willing to start earlier, but you and up too three other players would need to be able to complete characters in 5-10 minutes :/ Ending earlier is good too, you can just duck out whenever its only a pick up. You could also feasibly wrap up the quest within 3 rather than 4 hours, but that would require players clicking practically instantly :P

I have a level one character ready basically, so that's not an issue for me at least.

Ezra, you running a published adventure or something homemade?

Just a quick home made pick up, Published Adventures usually run a little long and aren't balanced for light groups. I am a very experienced DM though (Should say GM since I have honestly run the Gamut of RPG's).

No prob man, though if you want to run with two and can be ready in the next 10-20 minutes, We can easily end earlier.

I'd prefer to wait for one more player or run with a single character if that's alright. I've got the starter set pregens sitting in front of me so I'll just run one of those if that works.
