Not able to use Marketplace items as a Player

In the "Character Token and Art Library Access for Players" post it specifically says that players should be able to use personal uploads as well as Marketplace purchases. As a player, I am easily able to pull art from my personal uploads, but attempting to pull art out of my Marketplace purchases does not work. Attempting to click and drag a Marketplace item highlights the text instead of dragging the item to the character sheet. Clicking and dragging a personal upload drags the item to the sheet as expected. I have tried using Firefox, Chrome and Edge and it behaves the same in all three browsers.   I have no problem pulling art out of my Marketplace purchases in a game where I am the GM. Is anyone else able to use their Marketplace items as a player? Am I not able because I currently am not a Plus or Pro user?

Hi Rob, Great catch! We were able to reproduce this as well and have released a fix that should address the issue. If you continue to run into any problems, feel free to reach out via the  Help Center  as Gauss mentioned :)
