Mature/explicit topics in games

Roll20's TOS states this: You agree that you shall not: Post or otherwise submit any topic, name, material or information that is child pornography, defamatory, excessively violent, harassing, inappropriate, indecent, lascivious, lewd, obscene, profane, racist, unlawful, or otherwise objectionable. Kind of unclear what exactly does "post or submit" means regarding for example ERP in-game. So does that mean in games me and our friends set up, we can't ERP? Given we're all adults and are okay with mature content existing. Or does that only apply to user submitted content like the compendium and things like forums, not invite-only (private) games?
If those topics apply for a private game and all agree to this, there is no problem at all. If it is a public game, you need to point those things out in the description for your game... Other than that if I had to guess this applies to DMs / PMs as well as forum posts...
Hey Jack, Mature games or ERP are fine as long as everyone is on-board.  Anything unlawful or criminal found will of course be actioned against no matter where the content resides or who is involved. You can still use LFG tools as well so long as the following is true: 1. The game must be marked as having 'Mature Content(18+)' 2. Any public facing descriptions of the game must be PG-13 in nature. This also applies to usernames, forum posts, game names, etc. -- if its public it should be PG-13 tops. I am going to be closing this thread for this topic.
