Grenade broken

Grenade adds but sets up as 1 damage, and wont allow change. its supposed to be 5d6

Could you supply more information please?  Game system? Character sheet being used? Screenshots? 

very new to this, and dont know how to use it that well. but ive tried this 3 times now on different chars. If you just have a charictar in a game system and drag the frag grenade, id just has a damage of 1. its says 1d6 in the mods, but dosent allow it to be changed, and its greyed out. im in a  Draconic Bloodline Sorcerer 5  Haunted One  Dragonborn  Chaotic Neutral.  but it also happened on my other account and on a seperate pc. seems to be a database issue.

Still need some information if someone is going to help.  What game system?  Which character sheet?  Could you please post a screenshot of the problem? (character sheet, etc.) Until we have those pieces of information there isn't much anyone can do to help. 

total newb so not sure what im looking for. i thinks its dnd5e, called spooky, dont even know if theres andy different sheets for it. but heres a pic.  if you drag the grenades, they just show 1 damage. but what they should show is the 'pomigranit' i have made above them. when looking at the frag grenades stats nothing is alterable.  

You are playing DnD 5e, with the character sheet being the "5e by Roll20" sheet. There are many 5e sheets, so if you have to state which sheet you are using in the future, you know which one it is now. :) The Grenade cannot be added to the attacks via the Compendium, my guess is you dragged it from the Compendium which added it to the items, then you opened the grenade and checkmarked "has an attack".  Unless all the information is in the item, that will not create a fully fledged attack.  Please show me a screenshot of you editing the grenade.
