Con't log into Roll20 companion app

Can't log into the app on my Samsung Galaxy A23 , or my previous phone , a Huaweii P3 lite. Ii either tells me "wrong username or password", or, if I select "new account" and then try and login from there , shows that it verifies both the password and username as correct, but doesn't open due to an "Unkown error".

I suggest posting a bug report to the Devs in the Help Center at this  link . The forums are primarily users helping users. Perhaps a user will come by with some knowledge of how to work around this bug but alas, I don't know much about the companion app or why it wouldn't work on your phone.  It could be the browser on your phone that you are using. 

Thank you, your link is not working though , also , I can log in through the browser, it's the android companion app that won't open.
