The following is a pregen cleric built using Dark Heresy 1st edition. Pater Greygor is from Maccabeus Quintus in the Calixis Sector, and he ministered to a platoon of Maccabian Guardsmen that were shipped out to the Margin Crusade, they first saw combat on the irradiated post-cataclysm world of Vanity in the ruined hive of Plutopolis. However several setbacks occurred when they were deployed, their transport was shot down and they had to hike 3,000 kilometers through irradiated dust only to be repulsed by the hive cities walls. They were beset upon by phantoms of the Warp, and suffered through a Chaos Titan attack that shattered the backbone of their commander as well as the spirit of the platoon. Soon their respirator filters wore out, they finally made it into the hive where they saw intense fighting and were forced to construct barricades out of the bodies of the dead, and after that they ran out of corpse starch rations and had to make due with what they could find in the dead hive. All was not lost however for High Command picked the platoon to accompany a Throne Agent and an armored division on a secret mission to a place in the dead hive called Pluto's Gate. There you saw your men torn apart by Daemons and unholy terror that still wakes you in the night. However somehow you survived, though the details still evade you, but you received commendations and medals for your valiant actions on that dark day. Some have privately told you that without the sacrifice of your men, the entire world would have been lost to the Archenemy. Soon after you were recruited into the service of Inquisitor Gan by his interrogator, the Throne Agent that led you to victory, the Witchfinder Vladimar Crane. Rite of Banishment: Greygor has been trained to banish Daemons back to the Immaterium. The targeted daemonic entity need not be present for the ceremonial inscription. Once completed the hexagramatic ward will negate the effects of the Daemonic trait within its dimensions, and further the entity may not leave the circle unless it succeeds on a Very Hard (-30) Willpower test with an additional -10 penalty for every 2 extra degrees of success scored on the extended test (maximum of -60).
