Consciousness arrives in waves. First a feeling of weightlessness, but of being…impeded somehow, slowed. Then sound, muffled and distorted. A voice, the words just beyond comprehension yet somehow familiar. Sight returns to you, a…reflection? But you don’t recognize the person in the distorted glass before you. You don’t recognize anything. The questions of what and of where fall into the background, because they are supplanted by a question far more important. Who am I? In Aftermath, you will take on the role of a person stripped of their memories. As you and your companions discover the truth of your identities, you will also discover the darker truth of what led you to this place. Are you your memories? Are you your history? Or are you something else entirely. The choice, and the consequences, are yours. This game will be played using 5th Edition Dungeons and Dragons, set in the world of Halcyon.
