Hi, I hope I am not misunderstanding here but concerning the module by DMDave: 'Dungeons & Lairs 23: Ethereal Plane, 1st-14th level', 7 adventures. In the  Quick Notes handout it states:  Map Keys for the Area Information are found on the GM Layer, as well as special Notes. I cannot find the map keys anywhere, on the GM Layer or anywhere else. Please advise.
