Adjust size of tokens and maps

Hello everybody! This is my first time posting here, so I'm really unsure if it's the correct place to address this issue. Since a couple of weeks, it seems I can't adjust tokens anymore easily by using the anker points around the tokens. What I did the last few years was to use those arrows to adjust the size of a token or map on one side. But now this doesn't work anymore properly. The arro to do this won't show up. My cursor is different and instead will just help me to drag and drop the token around. It's actually really hard to explain, I don't know how to explain any further.  I'll add a screenshot to show what I mean, I hope this will help: Can someone let me know if that is a bug, or if it's a new feature and I'm just missing something? It's really anyoing to not be able to adjust map sizes or the sizes of tokens on the fly anymore. Thank you!

In my experience, those handles can sometimes be difficult to work with if the image overlays another image. If you are resizing furniture on a background map, for example, it might be cumbersome to deal with. You could try solving it by temporarily moving the background image to a different layer, such as the GM layer.

I agree with the OP, there has been a change in the VTT where it's much harder / uncommon to get the Mouse Pointer symbol to change when you're hovering over a Resize-Handle. A similar/related issue, the Mouse Pointer also does not change (sometimes) when you're hovering over a Selectable Token.  The pointer-symbol fails to indicate that you are hovering over a clickable. This bug has popped up in-the-wake of recent feature introductions such as Rounded Bars & "hover to see Nameplates and Bars".
