hello, I would like to think i am a new player to roll20 except i haven't been able to play a game yet (still somehow have 30 something hours on my account from watching loading screens). after i launch a game it goes to a loading screen and does nothing. i have done all the steps recommended and tried several browsers, nothing happens. googling this suggests this has been a problem since at least 2017. filing a ticket has only got me an automated response suggesting i repeat the previous troubleshooting steps, which is thrillingly interesting and not at all infuriating attempt to pass the buck. Is there a community fix or workaround to this issue? this seems to work for other people.
