Problem: This has happened to me a couple of times over several years: I've attempted to upload a file and the site just appears to hang on the upload screen. Because there is no error message (or even an indication on the upload popup window that there is a max file size), figuring out the problem involves googling "roll20 can't upload map" which eventually leads to forums posts mentioning the 5MB/10MB file size limit. The current setup is very user unfriendly - there's no indication that anything is wrong other than the fact that the upload seems to take forever. Even if it just automatically closed the window when someone tried to upload an oversized file, that would be better UI than the current system. Proposed solution: If someone attempts to upload a file that is too large, there should be an error message pop up that explains why the upload is hanging. If that isn't feasible, then at a bare minimum, the upload window should include a note about max file sizes.
