So my premium sub ran out, which means I am not allowed to add any images to anything anymore until I delete stuff, but there appears to be no way to actually delete my art. Help?

Open any of your campaigns and switch to your library. There you can see the recent uploads... this is where you need to delete your unused art. However you should check your Account page first as it may be you uploaded music. If so, delete those first as they take up much more space...
