Try restarting API Sandbox, reinstalling SW FFG Dice roller API or clearing chat archive. I would do it in that order. My game is working as expected, dice rolls and destiny pool.

I had the same problem awhile back and restarting the API Sandbox fixed it (what Sr. K suggested above).
