API Not Working Suddenly Midgame

Sir or Ma'am: My APIs ceased functioning in the middle of the boss fight. We're continuing the boss fight with physical dice and notebook paper now :) The API sandbox will not start or do anything. The entire API page is nonresponsive. Clicking on the button does nothing. I tried restarting, rolling back the game, etc. No change. A look through forums tells me that this issue happens from time to time, but figured I'd report it here. The game is: https://app.roll20.net/campaigns/details/11785020/to-dance-in-autumn Thank you for any assistance that you can provide! Very Respectfully, Kerry
If you need help with a persistent game issue, then you'll need to submit a help center request . The forums are mostly contributed to by other users, not mods or Roll20 staff. I've had silent Mod crashes before, and sometimes clicking on the 'Restart API Sandbox' doesn't do anything, but reloading/refreshing the Mods page for the game always works for me when that happens.
Yeah, looking at the forums, this is just a thing that happens sometimes. It fixes itself during their daily restart. I submitted a bug report, but they sent me one of those disregardy "shrug, not our fault" messages that are all the rage nowadays :) Anyways, no big. It does seem to just resolve itself in time when this happens, and it's a regular occurrence. If I know the tech industry, it's possible that the people that know how the system works no longer even work for the company. That happens, like, all the time, and they are sitting there with code that no one has any idea how it works. Kind of like technology in the 40K universe :D
