Can't drop tokens onto the map?

Hi, I'm using Firefox and for some reason I can't drop tokens on the map. I've refreshed my browser and updated it, but it still won't work. Any idea how to fix this? I can control the token when my DM drops it just fine, I just can't drop it myself.

Hi Elizabeth! Are you dragging from the name (correct) or the image (incorrect)? Also, make sure you are dragging from the journal tab (correct), not the character sheet(incorrect).
