Question involving the new voice and video advertisement not closing

I cannot get this to close to save my life.  There is no x to close it and I've tried different browsers.  I appreciate wanting to let everyone know, but now it is blocking my screen.  Any help would be appreciated. 

Hi EvilOne359! There is an X; it's just hard to see. Look to the far right side, between the top two lines vertically. It's a very light gray.

Are they only rolling this out to certain users? I’ve yet to get that advert and, while Beta is on my drop down, it won’t stick…

I remember seeing such a report, but can't remember who left it. Did you file a  Help Center Request , and did you get a response?
