There are lots of videos on YouTube, so that’s probably the best place to start. If you’re interested in playing D&D 5th edition, I would suggest running through  The Master’s Vault , which is specifically designed to help new players learn both D&D 5E and the Roll20 interface.

Search Roll20 DM tutorial. there is a Roll20 Tutorial : Master Series on youtube that is old but a lot of the videos are still relevant (how to make monsters, how to make token , etc) Roll20 also has a great bunch of tutorials dealing with how to use Dynamic lighting and One ways and other technical stuff Nick Olivo has great tutorials for Macros.
