Not automatically.  But you can filter by 'Dynamically Lit Maps' in the marketplace to find those that do. For adventure modules, there's no filter, but I'm pretty if a module has Dynamic Lighting already setup, then it would say so in the description.

Most maps in modules and addons are dynamically lit, but like Jarren says, check the marketplace blurb. Maps in art packs are never dynamically lit. They are just graphics.
