Bought module (Waterdeep: Dungeon of the Mad Mage) but doesn't fully add to my running campaign

Hello- I just bought the Waterdeep: Dungeon of the Mad Mage module, and we want to add it to our existing game. However, when I did this, I clearly did not get all the expected content - maps, module text, etc. It looks like the only thing I got was the "Waterdeep: Dungeon of the Mad Mage (Map & Card Deck Add-On)". What's going on here? The same thing happened when I added Dragon Heist to our game. If I create a new game, I get everything as expected. (I think)
Next test. I tried to add Dragon Heist and it has the same effect. If I start a new game with the module, I get a whole bunch of content. If I add to an existing game I only get very minimal content.
Can I do something to get ALL the content into a current game? Does it matter if I am normal, Plus, Pro, ???
Okay, investigating some more and found a fairly informative post: https://app.roll20.net/forum/post/6781537/slug%7D So... It appears that we are hosed for adding the module to an existing game. As I read it, I see two options: Just create a new game and use the character vault to move characters between the games. (This sounds the "easiest") Upgrade to Pro and use the Transmorgrifier to copy content into the current game. Opinions? Other options?

Hi Jack! Your last post has pretty much summed up the situation. Modules are used to start games and addons are used to add more content to an existing game. At the Plus level, the Character Vault is your best bet.

Just create two new games, one for Dragon Heist (base module + one season Addon) and one for DotMM (base module only) and use the character vault to move characters between the games. Mixing seasons in Dragon Heist or adding Mad Mage addon over the base game overwrites maps with catastrophic consecuences.
