Players can't see nameplates even though "see nameplates" is turned on

My players cannot see each other's names, nor can they see any NPC names. They can see their own names. Every help forum post I've seen says to turn the "See" and "Edit" permissions on for the token, but as you can see, these are already selected. I've tried turning these off and on again, but to no effect. I've changed other settings too and I've tried to find a solution for a while. Anyone know anything else I can try?

Okay I may have fixed it. I knew that as soon as I posted on here, it would start working. I had to set these token settings as "default." I've done that before, multiple times. But today it worked.
