So long story short i was in a dnd game waaaaay back in like 2018-2019, it was some hybrid dnd5e/xcom2 game but i dont know how i would find it! its been a long time since i even though about them but i cant find them anywhere!

Unless you are still in the game you are probably out of luck on this, sorry.  The only other place you might be able to check is your profile page where it shows people you have recently played with. IF you haven't played with enough people to push those people's names off the list in...4+ years now?
