Request for Campaign Rollback

Is there any way that I can get my campaign, Malédiction, to be rolledback? One of my players accidentally pressed the pretty red button next to their class and it reset their level and they lost everything. I am a fairly new DM in Roll20 so I couldn't warn him not to press that button beforehand. Would appreciate any assistance, thank you so much.

Go to your campaign Details page, Settings, click Roll Back Game, then pray :) I suggest duplicating your game before taking this step.  With that said, you can disable the 'pretty red button' in your Campaign Settings, then use the Apply Default Settings in the game to apply it to the characters.

Campaign Rollbacks are a Pro feature. Other subscription levels need to file a  Help Center Request . Saved states are maintained up to 7 days, so there is a bit of time pressure. And yes, make a duplicate, just in case. That's good practice to do occasionally anyway. Extra games do not cost you anything in storage quota.
