Is there an option for publik GM rolls?

When I use macro buttons as a GM all rolls are whispered. I changed game setting "roll to GM" and set it as querry rolls and applied the setting for a game but still all GM rolls are hidden from players. Is there any option to choose which rolls are hidden and which not.

You will need to redo your macros so they are using the character's setting. If you show an sample macro we can suggest ways to have it obey the character sheet.  Also, which character sheet are you using?

Also, when you applied in-game, did you wait for the process to finish before closing? There's a thin, easy to miss (nearly invisible in dark mode) progress bar.
When using / writing Macros, I always write it twice: One has the "/w gm" in front (and is named as <Name of the Macro>-GM) the other one does not have it in front and is thus used for public rolls... If you use the official 5e sheet by Roll20 AND using a purchased module, you need to either set it in the default game settings as mentioned by Keith OR if you want to do this on a per sheet basis you need to do it in the sheet settings directly... I use premade makros from marketplace products (HoTD, RoT and SKT in particullar), they are probably not changeable. We are useign dndbeyond+beyond20 PCCs.

Premade macros from Marketplace products can be changed just like any other macro. The trick is finding where the person who made the module put them (Collection tab or Ability tab in a character).
