Black Screen Bug for only one player

Before I get a bunch of comments that drive me insane and insult my intelligence, I will say this, I have tried most things already. I am DM, and play with 3 other players. Two players are remote and the one who has the black screen lives with me. Here is the issue. Everyone can see their maps except her. She can see the dice on the screen but that is it. She can not see pings, she can not see the map or character tokens. Everyone else can. Fog of war is turned off, I have made it where everyone has vision, I have ensured the player banner is on the page with everyones tokens, her token is linked to her character sheet, I have adjusted every light setting I possibly could. The same issue still persists. More in depth trouble shooting; I logged into her account from my computer and had the same issue with her account on my computer. However when I am logged onto my own account on my own computer I can see fine in player mode. Therefore I think it is safe to say that it is not the browser either. I am at a total loss here, but I am basically giving up on the game and going to cancel roll20 unless someone has a solution and can help me.

Hi The Count of Westwinter! Since you are a pro user, you could try the script I have just released. You can find the code and explanation here , but basically, among other things, it allows you to select a token and analyze why it cannot see anything. However, to be clear, are you also saying that the player cannot see anything even on pages where no dynamic lighting is involved? If so, my best guess is that you may have inadvertently used the Split the Party feature, and though you are changing the player flag, they remain stuck on a page where there is no mechanism for them to have sight, or nothing for them to see. Look for their avatar in the upper right of any of the other page thumbnails, and if you see it there, drag it onto the flag to have them be rejoined to where the rest of the party is.
It could also be a performance problem. I have a player that plays on a tablet and on some of my larger maps that have dynamic lighting, she sees the map as entirely black. She doesn't have this problem with smaller maps with fewer assets to load. I'm no expert but I just came to say I've experienced this and that's what I think it is,
