Character Sheet Development Textarea - Visual Markdown Editor Option

Add the ability to mark a Textarea html element as a "editable-markdown" and it becomes an RTE using markdown. This will allow users that have notes to format their notes and if notes are propagated to the chat window, it will also be formatted. This will make it much for users to format text.

+1 I've wanted to do things like bold important sentences on their Features & Traits for some of my players more than once. This is a really good idea, although for most people raw markdown might be asking a bit much.  Maybe a right click menu also, that allows you to apply markdown to a selected string (word, sentence, etc) when editing a text area
