Issues rolling dice and Character sheets loading

So I recently was forced to rebuild my pc. Since using this new pc I having issues in roll20 like dice taking up to a minute or more to roll, characters sheets being inaccessible a awhile when I first load in (I can click on first tier things like notes in the journal, but anything deeper is grayed out). Rolling dice gives me this code error when I try and do it before eventually giving me a roll:

Do you have any extensions / addons in your Browser? Do you use private Browsing / Incognito or a VPN for Roll20?

I have no extensions running and I do have a vpn, but turning it off didn't seem to make any difference. Also no private/incognito browsing. Also another thing I note that I realized later that night, my art library NEVER loads. Like even after over an hour it still was trying, and failing to load.

New note, apparently inexplicably after two weeks of issues, but currently not during a game, It works fine.....weird.
