Can't see cameras!

From one day to another, I suddenly cannot see  my players' cameras,  in any accounts or any game. I can only see mine. The same goes for them, they can't see others but only themselves. What to do? Is this a recurring bug? It's been going on for a week now ...

Which video option are you using? Integrated or Legacy?

Alright, for the Integrated setup here is a troubleshooting guide . Let us know if that helps.
It does NOT help... last I tested it I got the same result as the OP... I could only see my own cam and none of my players could see each other (or me)! Gauss said: Alright, for the Integrated setup here is a troubleshooting guide . Let us know if that helps.

I tried following the guide but nothing helped me either. I'll try to send a message to the devs, hoping for an answer ... Thank you anyway!

Blind, we did set up a separate form to narrow down Voice & Video issues, if you don't mind filling it out . Thanks!
We are having the same exact issue. The video suddenly stopped working across multiple games. We can only see ourselves.
Any update here? Logged in tonight for our normal Wednesday game and cameras and mics don't work.
We have been experiencing the same issue. Some can see, others cannot. The WebRTC notes 'FAILED' for connection issues with those not seeing. Tried all kinds of fixers as suggested....  Following.
Me pasa exactamente lo mismo, sobretodo durante estas dos ultimas semanas.

Have y'all tried the new Integrated Voice & Video? If you're on legacy, that should help. We have directions in the Help Center on how to change over.
OK. Integrated Voice & Video WORKS! HOWEVER even if you only want to receive / broadcast Video, you need to MUTE your Microfone on Roll20 or else you hear them twice!!! This needs to be Fixed ASAP... AND on that note, it is annoying that you have to click on your Avatar first in order for it to work, because you need to "Join the Call" first! (Annoying!) That actually fills a long standing request/suggestion regarding privacy.    It's an extra step, but n ot everyone (particularly when joining a game) wants to be on camera. Or another example: a player wants to log in to work on their character, but it is is Sunday morning and they are sitting in their bathrobe.

I just have to tell it to not broadcast/receive voice, and I don't hear an echo, when using (say) Discord for audio. We had a GM who was having crashes due to an unknown source and was trying to decrease the load on Roll20 by using Discord for audio. When he got his computer back from the shop, we all switched back to Roll20 only for both vid and voice. We did have to turn off Discord audio, of course. Or maybe I'm misunderstanding what you mean by "Mute your mic"?
Our group is having issues today too nobody can hear or see each other please help
We haven't been able to use Roll20 for video or voice for three sessions now. Including tonight (March 5).

Matthew and Timothy, which Voice and Video system are you using, Legacy Web RTC, or Integrated Voice and Video? Also, are the people you are trying to connect with on the same wifi, or remote? What have you tried for troubleshooting? Here are some guidelines .

We set broadcast/receive to Video only because we use Teamspeak for Voice. On the Avatar AFTER joining the Call which is - imho - unnecessary because if you really sit down in a bathrobe you can just set the broadcast / receive to none! But even then the invitation to join the call is there! Also my players reported Volume fluctuations. The Volume switched on its own, sometimes it was really loud, then it was quiet so that they hardly understood a thing! We NEVER had this before with the old Legacy System and just Video enabled! To mute your mic on the new chat-tec you have to click the Mic symbol on your cam after joining the call. And now I wonder... what happens if you select NONE on both broadcast AND receive, but join the call? Will this override the broadcast / receive settings? (Need to test this next time I play with this group)... keithcurtis said: TheMarkus1204 said: HOWEVER even if you only want to receive / broadcast Video, you need to MUTE your Microfone on Roll20 or else you hear them twice!!! Update: Just tested out a few things: Camera is active, Microfone is blocked. WHY am I still seeing the Microfone Symbol when I hover over my avatar? Although Camera is active, I can NOT see myself! It just keeps spinning. Reconnect / page refresh / deleting cache & cookies etc. did NOT work! It is set to ONLY broadcast / receive Video.
And another "fun fact". Integrated Voice&Video is active as I am GM. When I click on "Re-join as Player" I get this: I AM THE GM! Why am I seeing this? (btw. the only way to close this is to click on "Skip Tour". You can NOT advance it as there is no option to do so!)

Also I wonder why it is recommended to close every other tool like Discord / Teamspeak etc. in order for it to work... If one does not want to use Voice via Roll20 and just Video we can not use other tools because it might interfere?! (Source: Google Form) If e.g. your Mic is not allowed (blocked) it tells you that it cannot find the device. If you only want to use video and thus blocked Microfone it should just accept this and start the cam...

Hey TheMarkus1204, I'll take your feedback to the team, appreciate you sharing. Part of the reason we ask to turn off other voice and video tools is the hardware issues that Morgan wrote about in our Bug Hunt & Spring Cleaning blog. We're working on fixes!
Thank you for the Update. Hope seeing those bugs squished soon :) Bianca said: Hey TheMarkus1204, I'll take your feedback to the team, appreciate you sharing. Just noticed this: BUT: So you HAVE to Mute your Microfone although you do not want to Broadcast / Receive Voice... Reconnect does Nothing. If you set it to Voice only it still tries to activate your Camera if one is set up... (I wonder why...)
Hey, same Video problem here. Since a few weeks we can only see our own video, not from the other players.
I have been having this exact same problem for a few weeks now. Only one player and I can see each other, and this is across multiple games where we use cams. Nobody else can see me and I can't see them. Very frustrating. I feel like something was changed and it messed with the cameras or something.
