I did not find the sourcebook called "Monster Codex" for Pathfinder on the marketplace. Are there plans known that Paizo might release that on here soon?
Do you mean the one from 2014, for 1e? If so, it's likely never coming. IIRC, with the exception of the Kingmaker expansion, they have not published anything but 2e on Roll20 since the version's debut. There are three Bestiaries for 2e, and the Battlezoo Bestiary for 2e, released by Roll for Combat.
It is so weird that Roll20 aren't making sure there is content for one of the most played game on the platform (in the top three if I'm not mistaken). But I really don't understand much about Roll20's priorities.

The case with Paizo is a bit more complicated than that. Roll20 has a lot of discretion for PF2, but I'm not sure if that policy extends toward older editions of the game. And despite PF1 being third most popular (as of the last Orr Report), that's still only 3.3% of games.
