PF1E - Character Sheet Stat Reset

Hey, everyone. I'm a GM of a Pathfinder 1st Edition game. I've encountered an issue for the second time now, and I need a resolution. Basically, two of my player's sheets have had their ability scores, skills, favored class data, and spells completely wiped.  Last time we had to manually re-input every bit of erased data.  This is a huge issue for me, as we only have a little bit of time each week to play, and spending that time trying to restore these parts of their sheets will completely eat up our session. Does anyone know a way to restore this missing information? Is this an issue people have fixed in the past?  For reference, I am using the default PF1E character sheet, and we're playing a game with the Rise of the Runelords plugin.

I assume you mean the Pathfinder by Roll20 sheet? (There are multiple Pathfinder sheets.) I ran into this once, create backups so that I am protected from it happening again.  To create backups you can either duplicate the game, or duplicate the character in the game.  Did the character sheet 'hang' when it was loading and the data was lost after that?
Yes. I opened the sheets last night to check my player's saves, and all of them froze. I had to restart roll20. What is weird, however, is that a rollback didn't fix the issue. Luckily, one of the characters has an extra sheet that is only slightly out of date, but this doesn't exactly help with their spells, which will have to be copied over.  This is incredibly frustrating.

I suggest filing a bug report with the Devs via the Help Center .  In the meantime, I suggest backing up character sheets as I described above.
