My players are completely unable to use any drop down option on the character sheets when using charactermancer. Does anyone have this issue or a solution?

Which character sheet? Could they take some screenshots?  What browser are they using?  Have they tried Incognito (Chrome) or Privacy mode (Firefox)? Have they disabled extensions?  Could you screenshot your compendium settings? (Campaign Detail settings)

I found the solution, the compendium was not being shared.
