Possible to make a TCG in roll 20?

I have this idea that my campaign would have an in-world trading card game - for the sake of simplicity, lets say it's Magic: The Gathering, but in a roll20 dnd5e campaign game setting.  Is such a thing even possible? To import custom cards/art and make it setup where only certain players could see certain cards until they were "flipped" I have about 1000 hours in roll20 but most of that is just playing dnd, not playing any card games in dnd lol. Not looking for anyone to actually tell me how it's done, just curious if it is at all possible so I can do it myself. Thanks!

Short answer, yes. Long answer, depends on the card mechanics.  I imported Munchkin into Roll20 years ago. MTG should be doable, although the deck assembly mechanic won't be easy to deal with in Roll20.  As for flipping them over so they aren't seen, that works fine.
I have been able to figure out how to make cards, which is a big first step. They have fronts and backs but how would I make it so that only 1 player sees 1 deck until cards are "flipped" and another player sees another deck until flipped? Would I just need to make a whole deck for each player?

How would you do it at the kitchen table? You ask them not to touch the deck that isn't theirs. :)  Just make sure each deck has different backs.  Note: I am assuming "deck" here means an entire deck of cards, not just a portion of a deck.
