Campaign Banner not importing a new image

I am trying to continue a campaign using a duplicate of a previous campaign in order to keep my player's character information. B ut when I try to upload a game header image the upload bar appears but doesn't progress. However long I let the page sit, nothing else happens and the image isn't saved. I've tried in both Chrome and Edge at this point, using both larger and smaller images, but without success. The image is a .png, it's 1600 x 800 pixels, 1.53 MB.  I've tried using the "Change Image" button and also tried dropping the image in from File Explorer. I am the game creator in both the original campaign and the duplicate. What am I doing wrong?
Do you have free space left? what does your quota say in your account page?
Hey there Chell, Markus' question is spot on to start. You may also wish to try a different format of image to upload (using a converter) or a different compression setting (assuming you are exporting from Photoshop or equivalent. You may also wish to try removing any existing image then trying to upload. If none of the above works, it may point to a known issue. We've seen it crop up a few times on the support side but have not found a reliable solution beyond what is above. What is the name of the game where this is happening? I'd like to pass it along to our dev team to have a closer look!
That was the issue! I cleared out a ton of space and managed to add the image in without issue. Thanks a lot!
