Recently came into possession of the Dark Heresy and Only War core-books and am interested in trying them out. I have never played in their system and all my experience is in D&D5e, however, I am still willing to DM or be a player and give it my best shot. If unable to find a 40k group, I do have a setting in D&D 5e that I have run as a DM two different campaigns for (until everyone got to busy) and numerous one-shots. Seeking a campaign group, but willing to do one-shots for new players wanting to try out D&D as well as those that have limited time. As a DM What I am: one that revels in seeing what bonkers situations players get themselves into, I plan a framework/overarching plot, then let players and improv drive the story onward, based on what they do and what happens. My goal is to have a good time and whatever else is discussed in session zero to help the group have the aforementioned good time. More g o with the flow and still learning. What I am NOT: An expert in all rules, master of memory, an expert in roll20, perfect As a player What I am: Still trying to be more roleplay heavy, striving to remain in character for all decisions and actions, but still dip into the silly or "meme-y" side of things depending on the group.
