Charactermancer will not work for druid

Been trying to level up a druid to level 2 for about an hour now. Deleted and recreated the character several times and still the same problem keeps cropping up. It will not let me pick a druid circle, no options are present when I try to pick one. Anyone else have this issue?

Hi Joseph, Which character sheet are you using?  If you don't know a screenshot would help identify the sheet. 

Do you have the Compendium bought / installed for it? If not, the circle you want may not be there as is simply not accessible...
