NO EMAIL BODY TEXT BOX! I've cleared my cache, changed browsers and nothing is working. I once found a work around that involved me simply refreshing the browser but it's not working. This issue is losing me money. Fix it please. thx
Hi Hollow, Have you tried a hard refresh or clearing cookies/cache? Alternately, have you tried a separate browser? Does the same problem exist in Incognito/Privacy mode?
For Chrome you can open an Incognito window by hitting Ctrl+Shift+N For Firefox you can open a Private window by hitting Ctrl+Shift+P They both do the same basic thing, open a window without cookies and extensions. It is a good step for troubleshooting. Please give it a try, if the same problem results then my suggestion is to contact the Devs via the Help Center .
