Charactermancer doesn't work with feats! My players select the feat, let's say "tough", charactermancer does not adds up the hp, the same happens with shadow touch (can't select the ability).
So not all feats are implemented in the Charactermancer. Here is a list . With that said, the feat Tough is in the list of supported feats so it should work. In my testing it doesn't during creation. Since the forums are primarily for users helping users I suggest filing a bug report via the Help Center .
