Add DL option to windows

Why can windows always be seen through? Makes them useless, really, since I always need to add a DL line for when a window can be shaded or shuttered and therefore not seen through. The built in window need a toggle for this (maybe this has already been requested).

Curtains (or some other "blocking" for windows") has indeed been requested...
