Strange Problem with Specific roll

So our pathfinder Kineticist is having trouble with 1 specific attack. His water blast for some reason rolls a 1 to hit probably 80% of the time but only specifically when HE rolls it. It doesn't matter if he reloads the page for some reason he rolls 1s all the time. My DM and I both rolled for him 10 times in a row and got 6 that were less than 10 and 4 that were above 10. Has anyone run into this issue? He is pretty understandably frustrated. Are there good workarounds or solutions to the problem? Maybe a fair reroll system if nothing else. Any advice is appreciated. We are using pathfinder character sheets.

Is there an "atomic symbol" next to the rolls? (If using inline rolls hover over the roll to see.) If so, the roll is good.&nbsp; That atomic symbol means that it is using the quantum roller, which takes its seed from the quantum fluctuations of a beam of light.&nbsp;
